The classes are based in my private gym studio located on the Foxhunters Trading Estate above Southlands Motor Company, Whitley Bay, NE25 8UG.
Please note as part of the gym bundle packages members have access to both We Lift and Hybrid classes. Hybrid classes have limited availability to gym bundle members due to this being a 4 week HYBRID program class as those members have allocated priority.
When booking your sessions the website will not take any form of payment. All new members will be contacted directly by myself and a deposit of £6 will be requested. Deposit payments are made via bank transfer, you must pay this to secure your session.

New to NE FEMALE FITNESS this 4 week program includes x5 We Lift classes, individual nutritional advice & weekly check ins.
Each session you attend will just come off your bundle package unless you opt to continuously pay for single sessions. I keep log of your attendance and mark off your sessions manually.
Please note bundle packages must be used within 30 this means they run out 30 days from the first session you attended. Sessions can be frozen for holidays and medical exemptions but this must be discussed in advance.
All sessions must be paid for in advance either via deposit or via your bundle, should you need to cancel within 24 hours this will be taken off your bundle. Please note if you have already been given a notification 24 hours before your next session it will still be deducted even if it’s only one minute into the 24 hour period. Rules are rules. Should you purchase a unlimited bundle and cancel within 24 hours a day will be deducted from your bundle.

The volume of individuals per class vary. Numbers are extremely unpredictable and classes vary.
On arrival members are given a warm up routine to follow.
All classes have a prepared structured program set in place for you before you arrive, this means you don't have to worry about what you are going to do at the gym. All your workout routines are set for you.
I will be on hand to guide you through your workout and to help you with form techniques and questions.
All members are encouraged and educated on how to track their weights to ensure they progress.
Weight lifting is perfect for individuals wanting to building muscle and lose fat.
Programs are set for three months. New members can still join at any time.
The great thing about the We Lift classes is they are suitable for all levels and abilities of fitness. Depending on how new or how experienced you are depends on the weight and repetitions you lift. There are many alternative variations of exercises which means that should you have any injuries it is easy to incorporate adaptations suitable for you.
