This program is a 4 week gym based course located at my gym studio in Whitley Bay you must be able to attend set sessions on set days and times.

• Individual calorie and macronutrient guide
• Diet plan guide
• Weekly progress assessments
• WhatsApp & APP trainer and group support group
• Access to the online program workouts
• Flexible alternative workouts for unforeseen circumstances missed sessions
Introductory price £65, limited spaces available.
£65 for the 4 week course.
A program like no other offering multiple ways to catch up on missed sessions. You can double up and book onto the other option via the booking system should there be space available or alternatively you can come join me film a workout for the APP this can also be booked via the booking system. Failing that the online workout program is available on your APP which lists many online workouts you can do from home. Unfortunately the weight lifting classes are NOT included!
These classes are the busier classes out of what i offer and the most intense, I have allowed up to 5 additional individuals to attend these classes from either the bundle members or for those catching up doing doubles. This means there is the potential for to up to 25 individuals per class.
Please note due to the limited space availability to secure your space I will require a non refundable deposit of the full amount, once you have signed up and your APP account has been created should you drop out before or during the course has started through no fault of my own, you no longer qualify for a refund .

I’m aware not everyone can commit to the above set days and times, should this be the case, you might want to consider booking on the HYBRID classes as a gym member or trying my WE LIFT weight lifting classes or as a gym bundle member have the luxury of booking onto both. which can be booked via the booking system.
