A hybrid class combining a mixture of training styles such as strength training, body conditioning, boxing, HIIT & cardio training.
Pilates inspired but with some flavour 🌶️
The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. Depending on your schedule may limit which classes you can attend.
Ultimately, you should be combining all three classes on a week to week basis for maximum results.
The beauty of offering all three class styles means you can also train to accommodate your cycle.
